• August 18th - foundation and site preparation
• September 4th - final staging for move, roof removed for transport
• September 19th, 5:48 am - moving day
• Early October - foundation work starts.
• October 12 - house lowered onto parts of the new foundation
• October 13 - new roof raised
• October 20 - foundation work resumes, site work initiated, inspections
• November 1st - Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing work starts
• November 10th - Interior renovation work starts
• December - Exterior Painting and landscaping, Substantial Completion
