This charming 1929 home in Sunset Hills is just perfect for its new family - almost.  Southern Evergreen has been asked to renovate the existing utility room into a larger, modern bathroom, and convert the existing 1980's bathroom into a utility room... a flip!  We will also be repairing some of the plaster walls and renovating some previous carpentry work so the formal rooms will ounce again retain their historical charm and provide better use and function for its new family.

A relatively recent addition to the home prevents this wonderful cottage from qualifying for historic renovation credits but the new family is very conscious of its architectural heritage.  All of the new finishes and carpentry will respect the historic architecture and pay homage to its past while preparing it for the future.
