Preservation Greensboro Recognizes Southern Evergreen's 1917 HH Felder House preservation in Fisher Park as an outstanding project

For the 2nd year in a row, the Business Journal has rated Southern Evergreen Architecture as one of the top 25 firms in the Triad.

Historic Preservation project has been awarded and certified Green to the NAHB's National Green Building Guidelines.  It is one of the first historic homes in the nation to receive this coveted designation.
