Energy Efficiency - It is our Standard

Each member of the Southern Evergreen team is a Certified Green Professional, a designation of the National Association of Home Builders.  We also have considerable experience regarding  Energy Star certification for your new or existing home.

We bring knowledge and expertise to your project, treating your home as a whole system, not just a series of components, from the foundation, all the way to the  roof.

Consideration of the environment is paramount to the Green Building process.  Although your project may not be eligible for the ENERGY STAR or Certified Green programs, we incorporate the basic "concepts" of these respected programs into every project we participate in.

 It is our standard.

What is the difference between LEED, ENERGY STAR and Certified Green?
