Green and High Performance Homes

There are many reasons why Southern Evergreen has made the commitment to change the way we design, build, and operate homes.  Although we cannot avoid affecting the environment when we build, our commitment is to evaluate and incorporate green building philosophies and techniques into each project in order to minimize environmental impact.

We do it automatically.

The following projects have varied amounts of high performance or "green" design and building philosophies and techniques incorporate into their design.  Each of these projects' success is a result of concentrated research and implementation of sustainability and energy conscious technologies including including Energy Star certifications and Certified Green building and design techniques.
