Fisher Park Kitchen and Bath

This kitchen and bath restoration was part of an entire whole-home restoration. The kitchen includes an completely new layout with a modern peninsula design, historically correct quarter sawn oak cabinets and subway tile backsplash, and new granite countertops. The original flooring and ceiling was replaced with historically correct reclaimed heart-pine flooring and tin ceiling. The kitchen was completed with reclaimed lighting and historically correct paint. A similar treatment was applied to the master bathroom with a historically correct claw foot tub, black-on-white tile flooring, and tin ceiling. The radiator was restored and a new modern cultured marble shower was installed along with new pedestal sinks, custom cabinetry, lighting, and paint. Portions of the old attic space were reclaimed as a new private water closet for the new low-flow fixture.
