Ridgewood, Greensboro Catalog Number H2006

This active and growing family needed a 3rd garage and all of its amenities to entertain the masses.  The attached single-car garage is designed to accommodate the "toys".  A "dirty" sink and specially designed side-entry make this garage the perfect spot for the shade tree mechanic.

Just off of the garage is a full shower and a billiard's room with vaulted ceilings and expanse views of the new patio with its fire pit, hot tub, deck, and screen porch.

The screen porch and deck was added onto the home's existing living room.  To take advantage of the home's existing 2nd floor bonus room the roof of the screen porch was designed as a sun deck.  It captures the views to the forest beyond and the party below.

Above the new garage is a modern entertainment room.  It offers a huge expanse of cozy carpet for bean bags, pillows, and sofas to enjoy the big game.  Complete with built-in cabinetry, a "pop corn" kitchen, and Audio/Visual closet, this entertainment room creates the perfect space for entertaining the kids.
