As a graduate of UNC-Greensboro, Vicki Honeycutt holds two Bachelor of Science degrees and lives close to downtown Greensboro - in the Fisher Park Historical District. She is a full-time REALTOR / Broker with Southern Evergreen Real Estate and works diligently to help her clients with selling and purchasing residential realty. Vicki was licensed as a NC real estate sales agent in 1988 and specializes in resale, relocation, new construction, and investment properties. |

Vicki also serves in the role of Business Development Manager for Southern Evergreen LLC - where she works across all aspects of the business. Vicki is a seasoned quality systems management consultant and facilitates continuous process improvement within the company - to maximize client focus and satisfaction. Southern Evergreen employs a "total service" business model and a team of experts who provides the following home-related services to their clients: architecture, construction, real estate, and interior design. As a Y2K graduate of the Western School of Feng Shui in San Diego, Vicki is also a Feng Shui practitioner and provides value-added services to optimize the visual presentation of a property that is being marketed for sale. She is particularly skilled at assisting her clients with home staging, furniture placement, and other design elements as needed - including paint colors, light fixtures, hardware - as well as professional photography and creative marketing. When promoting a home and property, her goal is to evoke an emotional response that will cause a potential buyer to say, "This feels like home!" |

Vicki is an active member of the Women's Professional Forum - serving as a Board member for several years and then as president in 2006. An avid networker, Vicki is a member of Visions Networking as well as a member of the Greensboro Merchants Association C.A.N. Networking Group - where she is currently serving as president. |
