Tom Garcia, owner and custom builder of Southern Evergreen is in a unique position in our area.  Because of Tom's previous media education and speaking background, he was picked over a decade ago to do weekly home segments on a local news channel.  Using his TV experience as a location broadcaster, Tom began hosting his own videos of Southern Evergreen projects following the process of how the new constructions and renovations were built.
