• Tour of Remodeled Homes: Southern Evergreen has been featured in the Greensboro Builder Association’s “Tour of Remodeled Homes” each year since 2007. Work includes kitchen and bath renovations, whole home renovations, additions and historic preservation.

• Preservation Greensboro Outstanding Projects: Southern Evergreen’s work on the 1917 HH Felder House was recognized as an outstanding project by Preservation Greensboro Incorporated (PGI). This preservation project was certified Green by the National Home Builder Association’s (NAHB) National Green Building Guidelines. This is one of the first historic homes in the nation to receive this coveted designation.

• Top Architecture Firm: The Business Journal ranked Southern Evergreen Architecture as a Top 25 firm since 2010.
